Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Complete training modules to build technical and industry skills
  • Rotate through various departments within TMSA to gain diverse experience
  • Shadow experienced employees to understand their roles
  • Participate in mentorship programs
  • Engage in various projects and collaborative problem-solving
  • Contribute ideas and feedback
  • Continuously seek improvement through supervisor and peer feedback
  • Adhere to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) policies and risk management

Context:

The program involves a 24-month rotation across departments to fill roles quickly due to natural turnover. Success in this program requires ongoing performance improvement and adaptation.

Personal Assistant to GM: Retails HSEQ, Strategy

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualifications:
    • Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or equivalent
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years in a senior secretarial or administrative role, supporting high-level executives
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and Purchasing modules is a plus
    • Initiative and foresight in prioritizing tasks and supporting the GM
    • Honesty, integrity, attention to detail, and teamwork
    • English proficiency

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the GM’s schedule, including meetings and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including insurance and subsistence allowances
  • Organize and manage correspondence and documentation
  • Facilitate effective communication and administrative support for the GM
