Educational Qualifications:
- ABET (Adult Basic Education and Training)

Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge:
- Cleaning Procedures: Familiarity with techniques and protocols for effective cleaning.
- General Hygiene Practices: Understanding of sanitation practices and how to maintain a clean environment.
- Batho Pele Principles: Awareness of the South African government’s principles for service delivery, emphasizing respect and service excellence.
- Cleaning Products and Applications: Knowledge of various cleaning products and their appropriate applications.
- Skills:
- Planning: Ability to organize and schedule cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
- Listening: Capability to listen attentively to instructions and feedback.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cleaning Services:
- Provide cleaning services across different areas including offices, corridors, elevators, and boardrooms.
- Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Kitchen Cleaning Services:
- Perform general cleaning tasks in the kitchen, including wiping surfaces, washing dishes, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
- Restroom Maintenance:
- Clean and maintain restrooms ensuring they are hygienic and tidy at all times.
- Cleaning Materials and Equipment:
- Keep track of cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and adequately stocked.
- Manage the proper storage and usage of cleaning products and tools.
