Responsibilities

As a General Assistant, you will:

  • Ensure compliance with company and statutory hygiene regulations in all assigned tasks.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and health and safety protocols.
  • Assist with meal preparation, including salads and desserts.
  • Arrange and replenish food items like entrees, salads, and desserts on the serving line.
  • Keep the serving line fully stocked and clean at all times.
  • Support new employees during their training.
  • Properly store and record food leftovers.
  • Keep canteen tables, kitchen areas, and other workspaces neat and orderly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction within the scope of the service contract.
  • Monitor and hand over stock to the next shift staff, where applicable.
  • Fulfill any reasonable requests from management.
  • Respond appropriately to customer and client feedback, whether positive or negative, and take corrective action if necessary.
  • Attend necessary meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
