Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agents for a fixed-term contract in Randburg, with an immediate start date. The role focuses on providing outstanding customer support by handling general and specific inquiries effectively. Accurate and prompt resolution of issues is essential, and when necessary, unresolved cases should be escalated to the appropriate departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Incoming Calls:
- Answer calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a courteous and respectful tone at all times.
- Customer Interaction:
- Actively listen to customer concerns.
- Provide clear and precise responses to customer inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and relevant information is delivered to facilitate First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Problem-Solving and Escalation:
- Strive to resolve customer issues during the initial interaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or stakeholders.
- Data Management:
- Accurately record customer information and inquiry details.
- Quality Assurance:
- Uphold company quality standards in all interactions.
- Stay informed about company products, policies, and procedures.
- Additional Tasks:
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric certificate).
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer use and software applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for customer service and a desire to excel in a customer-focused role.
- Previous experience in a call center or similar customer service environment is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and one additional South African language.
