Job Description:
Learnership Programme Highlights: Complete the National Certificate: Pharmacy Assistance Learnership Programme (Learner Basic Pharmacist Assistant) and Further Education and Training Certificate: Pharmacist Assistance (Learner Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant) through the accredited Pharmacy Healthcare Academy.
Structured learning with theoretical and practical components leading to a registered qualification on the National Qualification Framework (NQF).
As a Learner in this programme, you will be expected to: Successfully fulfill Learnership Training Contracts at an accredited Clicks Pharmacy, guided by an approved tutor. Participate in required training sessions and pass competency assessments. Compile a Portfolio of Evidence.
Offer support to the healthcare team at a Clicks Pharmacy, working under the supervision of a registered Pharmacist and adhering to the legal scope of practice defined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
Minimum Requirements: Qualifications: Essential: Completion of Grade 12 with a minimum of 50% in Mathematics (or 60% in Mathematical Literacy), 50% in English, and a passing grade in Life Science (Biology)/Physics.

Work Back Agreement: Successful applicants will need to sign a work back agreement committing to work as a qualified Pharmacist Assistant for Clicks, for a minimum duration equal to the length of the learnership period.
Contractual Hours: 45 hours over 6 days
