Join our team as a General Assistant! You’ll be supporting Cooks and Chefs with food production, handling the cash register, serving food, and maintaining cleanliness in the canteen and kitchen.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Company & Statutory regulations for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Maintain quality standards in customer service, operating processes, health and safety, and food preparation.
- Assist in preparing meals, focusing on salads and desserts.
- Stock and keep the serving line clean.
- Train new employees if required.
- Store and record food leftovers.
- Maintain cleanliness in the canteen, kitchen, and surrounding areas.
- Meet customer expectations within contract provisions.
- Uphold a high level of customer service.
- Count and hand over stock for the designated area on the following shift.
- Respond to customer and client complaints or compliments.
- Attend necessary meetings and training courses.
- Perform related assigned tasks.
Skills and Competencies:
- Enjoy practical and methodical work.
- Honest and reliable.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Work quickly and safely.
- Maintain good personal hygiene.
- Free from skin allergies to foods and detergents.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Stamina to work 45-50 hours per week.
- Able to bend, stand, and lift.
