The City of Joburg is seeking a reliable and experienced driver/messenger to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting materials, equipment, and personnel to and from work sites, as well as completing various administrative tasks.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Grade 10 qualification (NQF level 2) and a valid Code EC driving license (PrPDP). Additionally, 3-6 months of experience in a similar role is required.
The primary function of the driver/messenger is to perform tasks associated with transportation and logistics, including:
– Transporting materials and equipment to and from work sites
– Completing internal transaction documentation and related forms
– Performing specific tasks at the region or work sites prior to and on completion of allocated maintenance assigned
