Responsibilities:
- Analyze organizational strategies, functional plans, and structures.
- Coordinate job analysis sessions and site visits.
- Evaluate job roles and positions, drafting job profiles.
- Advise on job profiling and grading principles.
- Collaborate with incumbents and line managers.
- Administer grading outcomes and vacancy requisitions.
- Prepare reports on job profiles and grading.
- Maintain job profiles and grades database.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent (NQF 6)
- 4 years of job analysis experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and HCM principles
- Knowledge of job analysis techniques and evaluation methods
- Familiarity with Project Management and SAP Organisation Management
Skills:
- Analytical, presentation, communication, and influencing skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
Attitudes:
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
