We are seeking skilled individuals to join our Technician in Training – Electrical programme. As a trainee, you will actively contribute to various projects, handle maintenance duties, conduct technical investigations, and assist with management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the comprehensive Technician in Training (TIT) programme.
- Undergo essential administrative training tailored for technicians.
- Receive practical, trade-specific training relevant to technicians.
- Gain exposure and training on plant-specific equipment as required by your discipline.

- Collaborate with and support area and section Engineers and Technicians in their daily tasks and projects.
- Assume the role of Maintenance Support, Foreman, or Superintendent for specified periods, aligning with Technicians in Training job profiles.

What We Seek:
To be eligible, you should possess:
- A Trade Test Certificate in one of the following trades: Electrical H/C or Millwright.
- An NQF level 6 National Diploma (N6/S4) in Electrical H/C.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-apprenticeship experience.
- A valid driver’s license.
