Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate
Good communication skills, organizing, and planning abilities
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office package
Personal attributes: Self-driven and ability to work under pressure

Duties:

General office administration within Education Institutions
Handling SA-SAMS and/or management of finances
Maintaining files, establishment records, catalogues, and education regulations
Ordering stationery, textbooks, and material maintenance
Typing letters and question papers
Updating leave registers
Handling telephone inquiries and other assigned office duties
