Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the Standard Bank Group Bursary, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen
- Have achieved an average of 65% and above in the latest examinations (mid-year / June)
- Be registered for full-time undergraduate or postgraduate studies
- Meet the admission requirements of the university if applying for a postgraduate bursary
Applicants should demonstrate academic excellence in fields such as Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics, Commerce, Computer and Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Investments, Mathematics, or Statistics.
Application Process:
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can apply for the bursary through the Study Trust Standard Bank Group Bursary Fund. The online application platform, powered by Xhuma, allows for convenient submissions. Successful applicants will be invited to participate in a formal assessment process, including psychometric evaluation and interviews. Financial need is also taken into consideration during the selection process.
