Purpose Statement: Welcome clients, coordinate branch flow, provide excellent client service, assist clients at ATMs, and execute transactions on remote or self-service channels. Gain knowledge, skills, and experience for service consulting.

Experience:

• Minimum: No experience required, but a Grade 12 National Certificate is necessary.
• Ideal: Some client service experience in a retail/financial/banking environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational.
• Ideal:

Knowledge:

• Minimum: Basic calculations, engaging with people, clarity about own aspirations, ambition, and eagerness to learn.
• Ideal: Knowledge of bank branch environments, familiarity with Capitec Bank products and internal business processes.

Skills:

• Communication skills
• Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Interpersonal and relationship management skills

Conditions of Employment:

• Clear criminal and credit record
• Detectable/recognizable fingerprints on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
