Servest Security and Technology, a business unit of Servest, is seeking a Compliance and Recon Administrator to join their team in Secunda. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in administration and a relevant tertiary qualification.
Minimum Requirements:
– Driver’s License
– 1-2 years of experience
– Grade 12
– Computer literate
– Fluent in English (written and verbal)
– Relevant administration qualification (advantageous)
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Ensure compliance on HSEC Online for relevant sites
– Manage Online Intelligence for the Branch
– Capture hours worked by guards
– Communicate effectively with the Branch/Accounts Manager
– Order stationery, PPE, uniform, and vehicle FRSC
– Maintain compliance records
– Manage client files and document archiving
– Build and maintain relationships with clients
– Write monthly reports
– Reconcile day deployment of personnel
– Register new ad hoc requests for security services
– Update and distribute control documents
– Record deviations to approved deployment
– Manage procurement and financial administration of service provider costs
– Take notes and minutes of meetings
– Provide admin support to the Security department
– Handle sensitive and confidential information
– Promote a positive company image
– Maintain effective follow-up systems
