Motus Aftermarket Parts is currently seeking to fill eight positions for General Workers.

The selected candidates will be responsible for various tasks, including stock taking, stock movement, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent in Literacy and Numeracy.
- Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Knowledge of spares, motor, and engine parts, as well as warehouse systems and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Proficiency in numeracy and literacy skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to exceed expectations.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Physical fitness is required for the role.
- Honest with a high level of integrity.
- Must have a clear criminal record.

Binning:
- Adhering to standard operating procedures and requirements while binning incoming merchandise and replenishing inventory.
- Assigning proper bin location numbers to new products in the correct warehouse area.
- Regularly updating bins and reporting changes to superiors.
- Assisting with replenishment functions.
- Ensuring all incoming goods are received and checked according to company standards.
Picking:
- Timely picking of customer and branch orders to meet order cut-off times.
- Using bulk locations for picking only when stock is depleted and not being replenished in the picking phase.
- Following instructions from superiors and maintaining efficient customer satisfaction.
- Assisting in stock take procedures.
- Maintaining daily housekeeping standards.
- Conducting double checks to prevent inventory loss and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieving set operational targets.
Scanner Control:
- Distributing scanners to operators daily.
- Recording scanner transactions electronically.
- Inspecting and recording scanner conditions upon their return.
- Reporting any damages to supervisors.
- Completing daily scanner issue spreadsheet.
