The SD Administrator is responsible for managing Corporate Social Investment (CSI) and sponsorship/donation requests within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance with CSI Policy: Ensure adherence to the Corporate Social Investment Policy and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Sponsorships and Donations within the company.
2. Receive Requests: Handle sponsorship and donation requests from both internal Transnet Divisions and external applicants, utilizing various channels such as email, post, courier, or in-person deliveries.
3. Acknowledgement: Electronically acknowledge the receipt of all incoming applications.
4. Application Processing: Evaluate each application against the minimum requirements outlined in the SOP and process them accordingly.
5. Meeting Preparation: Prepare applications and meeting agendas for presentation to the Sponsorships and Donations Forum, following the SOP guidelines.
6. Meeting Scheduling: Arrange Sponsorships and Donations Forum meetings in accordance with the SOP.
7. Record Keeping: Maintain electronic records of all Sponsorships and Donations meetings.
8. Outcome Notifications: Provide written responses to applicants, conveying the results of the Sponsorships and Donations Forum meetings (approval or decline), and maintain precise records of all responses.
9. Register Maintenance: Keep and report on the Sponsorships and Donations register.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification is typically required for this role, indicating a strong foundation in business management and administration.
• The role may involve occasional travel, subject to approval.
